Alka ji is a successfull businesswoman and takes care of her endeavour "Baba Enterprises". They deal in refrigerator overhauling & spare parts.

As a dedicated follower of womens' causes, Alka ji is a life member of Jito Ladies Wing. She is happily married to Shree Sunil Bhansali & they are happily married for 25 years now. They are the proud parents of Arham, Aryan & Shagun. Shagun is a CFA passout & is pursuing her masters from London. Arham & Aryan are in their 1st year of college.
