Event - Drive for Education - Women Car Rally

Only women Car Rally (Kolkata) - Drive for Education.
Empowering Young Learners with Education” is one of the key objectives of JITO Ladies Wing, Kolkata and on this regard the members recently organized a mega “Women’s Car Rally” to raise funds to provide free education to under-privileged children of “JITO Aarambh” School. This commendable rally was held on 25th March from Babughat to Tollygunge Tram Depot, Kolkata. Executive members did an impeccable job by keeping everything in order. This rally witnessed overwhelming support from all the members. A controlled speed limit of 40 Km/hr was assigned for this event. Many sponsors also supported to make this rally successful. Members show their skill in driving and enjoyed the ride with all members. All the participating drivers of this rally were awarded with a certificate and gift. At the end of this rally food packets were distributed to all the members. This rally event was extremely successful, and all the members showcased their valour & determination to pursue the common aim of providing free education to under-privileged children. All the members were enthusiastic and vowed to host more of such events in the future.
The rendezvous point is Babu Ghat – Calcutta Swimming Club.

Registration fees 2000 per Driving Seat.
Supporting lady - contribution 500.
All receipts are used to educate Under-privileged children in Kolkata.
The Rally was organized under the protection of Ladies Police.

Event - East Zone Convention

JITO Ladies Wing, Kolkata for the first time hosted the “East Zone Convention” event. This mega event witnessed distinguished guests and working committee members of all JITO ladies Wing chapters from across the country. This monumental event was held on 13th of March at Kolkata. The members alongside the National Chairperson of JITO Ladies Wing, Mrs. Sharmila Oswal, a renowned water diplomat of India, hosted one month prior the curtain raiser event.She enlightened all the members about the proper planning and implementation which made the event extremely successful.
The members worked extensively with dedication to make a Bengali Theme event for welcoming all the members from different parts of India. The members of Kolkata left a deep impression on all the distinguished guests through the cultural program and by highlighting their skills on proper execution and showcasing their astounding teamwork. The Chief Guest Fengshui Master Pinky Kapoor, Cheif Speaker Dinesh Jain, honourable guest famous Jweller Siddharth Sawansukha, Mr. Santosh Jain,Mrs. Saroj Bachchawat, Mrs. Lalita Jain witnessed and East Zone Chairperson Vinod Dugar , President Servesh Jain , Ladies Wing Chairperson Suman Jain thanked all members and guest.
All the members were enthusiastic and vowed to host more of such events in future.

Event - "Holi ke rang, Desh ke sang"

JITO Kolkata along with its Youth and Ladies wing recently hosted a grand Holi celebratory event “Holi Ke Rang, Desh Ke Sang” for all their members & their families and friends. This event was held on 2nd March 2018 at RDB Belani Lawns, Kolkata. Holi is one of the major festivals in India, and it was indeed one of the most colourful and fun-filled event so far to mark the arrival of spring festival.
This mega event was enclosed with numerous programs for different age groups, where everyone had a great time together bonding and sharing happiness. The featured entertaining programs of this grand event were Dry Herbal Holi, Floral Holi, Kids Holi, Foam Holi, Aqua Holi, Glimpse of traditional Holi with Moonstar Dance Troupe, Liquid Drumming by Apoorva Singh, Bubble Artist, biggest ever Rain Dance Zone, melodies by trumpet king, Aqua Zumba with Sangvi, along with Live DJ by Sam and Sami and Dhaph and Chang program by Rajsthani Bawalia group who kept the mood of everyone gleeful through their beats.
This event witnessed an astonishing attendance of 4500 people which makes it extremely successful. All the members of JITO Ladies Wing and Specially JITO Youth Wing members worked extensively to make this event successful and they vowed to host more of such events in the future to forge greater bonds between all the members & their families.
