Mrs Sheetal Dugar the President of Jain International Women Organization is a woman of soft-spoken immense talent woman.

Multitasking is her second nature. She is involved in various social activities and social organizations to empower women in various social, academic and economics fields. Deeply conscious of her social responsibilities she constantly participates and plays a constructive role in propagating literacy and providing healthcare facilities for the needy and under privileged.

She is enthusiastically involved in various school & colleges including The Aryans School and Kusum Devi Sunderlal Dugar Jain Dental College. The health project that is most near her heart is blood donation camps that she believes are must to save lives of many.

Sheetal is an adventurous person by nature and always ready to learn and excel in new things. A year after her marriage to Mr. Vinod Dugar she learnt Driving. Today she is the fastest female Driver of Kolkata and the only woman who drives during Club GT’s Sunday morning supercar race-offs in the city that take place on the NH2. Sheetal has no plans of stopping on the road, as she aims to learn to fly soon.

She has a passion for classical music, Rabindra Sangeet and classical dance such as Kathak. Her daily pleasures include cooking and gardening. Currently she is studying to be a nutritionist and yet finds time to play cricket as well.

Sheetal reveals that she become a part of JIWO because her life’s purpose is to enhance self-esteem and self-reliance of women of our society.
