Padma Jain is the proud member of JITO LADIES Wing. She has always been associated with Women empowerment and women self-reliant organisations. She is an active Member of South Kolkata Mahila Mandal.

Padma ji is a qualified Chartered Accountant. She is married to shri Kamal Jain, owner of Kamal Textiles. He is also a member of Terapanth Yuvak Parishad. Padma ji is a loving mother of three children - Sonam, Preksha and Mudit.

Sonam is married,Preksha is an Interior Designer. Mudit is a student. Despite her busy schedule of handling her family and helping in the family business she steals some time to follow her passion of cooking, Reading, and travelling.

She is always a foot forward when it comes to minister the needy.
