Roles & Responsibilities
Vice Chairperson

- In the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson in charge of the concerned Zone in which the meeting is being held, will Chair the meeting of the JITO Ladies Wing Apex Committee. (Refer Ladies Wing Committee Structure).

- The Ladies Wing Vice Chairperson shall assist the Chairperson to carry out such functions as may be entrusted to her by Chairperson, from time to time.

- The Vice Chairperson has to communicate & co-ordinate with the respective Zone / Project Conveners & Chapter Managing Committees for all activities taken up by the JITO Ladies Wing Apex Committee.

- To ensure that the JITO Chapter Chairman and JITO Chapter Chief Secretary are kept in the loop for all events and activities being planned and executed.

- Shall be responsible for getting sponsors for events being conducted in the Zones. This also extends to ensuring that all dues are recovered.

- To ensure that all Chapters get the required support from the Zone.

- To assist in selecting persons from the Chapters to be nominated on the JITO Ladies Wing Apex Committee.

- To ensure at least 6 meetings per year of the Ladies Wing Chapter Managing Committee and Members of the Chapters are organized and (W.E.F. 1 st March 2021) share the Agenda and approved Minutes of Meetings with JITO Apex for records.

- To help Chapters to increase their membership and launch of Ladies Wings in Chapters.

- To ensure that all Chapters, especially new Chapters, get activated by organizing various community connect activities.

- To conduct a minimum of 2 meetings per year of all Chapters in each Zone to review activities, understand requirements, if any, and to collate their suggestions.

- To prepare the plan, strategies and execute the same for overall development of all Zones in terms of membership & activities.

- To ensure that compliances are done by all Chapters.

- Organize a Zone Orientation program once in a year, in each Zone.

- Prepare an Annual event calendar.
