Industrial Tour - To grow business opportunities of Home Bakers

This event took place on 18^th November, under Project "Swayam", as a joint effort of Jito Ladies Wing & Jito Business Network. The programme took place in the Raja Biscuit factory premises. It was conducted with the guidemce of convener Sushila Pugalia & co-convener Sunita Nahata.

It was an energy packed, full learning and informative tour where, home bakers and businesswomen could understand the working of a large-scale business and the process chain. The distribution, marketing and branding processes were a great learning curve for the participants.

The icing on the cake was that this biscuits factory tour was also inclusive of cakes, pastries, chips and drinking bottles plant visits. This added more value to the learning of the participants.

At the end of the tour, a sumptuous lunch was organised & Raja products bag was presented to every participant. This was hence a great funfilled event, which combined learning with enjoyment in the most seamless manner.
