Virtual Trade Expo - By Swayam
The virtual trade expo was conducted under the project Swayam, with the joint efforts of Jito Ladies Wing, Jito Business Network & Jito Connect. The programme was flagged off successfully, with the guidance of Anita Singhi, the convener of Swayam.
The attending dignitaries were Suman Bachhawat, director-incharge JLW, Sunita Bohora, chairperson JLW, Minal Khona & Lalita Gaulecha, Vice Chairperson JLW. Sonali Dugar, chief secretary JLW & Sheetal Dugar Secretary JLW were also present.
Around 108 exhibitors had successfully & enthusiastically displayed their stalls. 18 stalls were given under Roshni Project in the 3 days interactive event.
The footfall and viewership of the event had crossed 60000 + in the last 3 days. The event was also broadcasted on social media like, in the JLW website, You Tube channel and Facebook. All the stall holders and sponsors appreciated the event and is hopeful & expectant of more such virtual opportunities for women.

TALK THE TALK - WITH PRIYA JALAN
Jito Ladies Wing, Kolkata, with Jito Center for Excellence, organised the Art of Public Speaking on Sunday, 18th July, 2021 from 2:30 PM onwards. It was an endeavour, under the Ptoject Manzile.
The event started with the invocation of the Navkar Mahamantra, in the presence of Jito Kolkata Ladies Wing Chairperson Sarita Saraogi, Chief Secretary Sonam Bagrecha, Manzile Project Convenor Shashi Dugar and all other dignitaries and members of JITO Ladies Wing.
It continued with a welcome speech from Shashi Jain and then she invited the speaker of the day, Ms. Priya Jalan, Founder at OZI Dental & Priya Jalan English Academy, to speak. She is also an IELETS Trainer.
Ms Jalan gave tips and ideas about how to speak in public. There are three things to aim at in public speaking. First, to get into the subject, then to get ones subject into oneself, and lastly, to get ones subject into the heart of the audience. She elaborated that speech should be given to inspire, entertain, persuade, or provoke. The purpose of the speech should be clear and precise, before one starts to even write it down. Only a clear motive can make the audience listen. Ms Priya also gave ideas on how to prepare a speech with correct directions and she shared her real life stories as examples.
The art of public speaking is when a person has a goal in mind and knows what to convey & how to convey it to the audience. She also briefed on how to become an awesome speaker by honing your skills and how to practice your art. A great speaker is like a guide who establishes a thread and leads the audience to a discovery.
Around 70+ individuals participated in this virtual session. They learned a lot from her. After the session a round of Q/A s was held to clear any doubts. It was a very motivating & enlighting session and a lot of positive feedback was received.
The event concluded with the Vote of Thanks from Sonam Bagrecha. The workshop ended successfully with the National Anthem song.

Lets Grow Digitally - By Karan Shah & Nikeelu Gunda
This event took place on 25th of July, under project Manzile. It was a collaboration of Jito Ladies Wing & Jito Professional Forum. It was conducted with the guidance of Sashi Jain Dugar, the convener.
Nikeelu Gunda is an entrepreneur, digital marketer, start-up enthusiast, growth trainer & founder of "Digital Connect". He is the executive member & governing person of internet society, India, Hyderabad Chapter & also a member of the federation of Telangana chamber of commerce & industry. Mr Karan Shah is a self taught graphic designer, who runs his own creative branding & design agency, 8FX, in Hyderabad.
Karan & Nikeelu shared growth and digital tools & hacks to build and grow one’s business from the local level, to a global presence, digitally, using social media & other big platforms.
It was a highly enlightening session, imparting knowledge on correct usage & leverage of platforms like Google, LinkedIn, You Tube, Facebook, Instagram, Canva, Google My business and more.
65 attendees participated very enthusiastically, putting forward their queries and doubts.

3. Growth tools for business owners/start-ups/entrepreneurs.
Event - Talk Show On Digital Marketing

Talk Show on Digital Marketing : Benifitting out of Social Media
This programme was conducted on Zoom, under the Manzile Project, with the joint effors of Jito Ladies Wing & Jito Professional Forum. The event took off with the guidance of Sashi Dugar, the project convener & CA Sonu Jain, the co-convener. It was an interactive session with an attendance of 50 + participants.
Mr. Arif Ahmed is a professor and the director of South Asian Management Technologies Foundation.
He is a chartered accountant and a fellow member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has also earned a master’s degree in business administration. He is a lead auditor in information security management systems.
Mr Ahmed discussed about the benefits of social media for brand building with the increase of brand awareness, humanizing the brand, more comprehensive competitive analysis, providing better customer service and many more. He also gave some important tips for future reference. Digital marketing is the way forward, for most businesses. Hence the knowledge on how to benifit from correct & smart usage of the social media platforms, is crucial for growth.

Under the Project Swayam, Jito Ladies Wing, in collaboration with Jito Business Network, conducted this B2B referral virtual meet. It was under the guidance of convener Anita Singhi & co-convener Komal Mehta.
Dr. Anjula Binaykia is a renowned specialist of Gynaecology. She is a leading Laparoscopic Surgeon too, who has gained a loyal clientele in her Kolkata clinic & is very proficient and knowledgable in her field. Dr Binaykia has over 9 years of experience, as a professional specialist. She is also a well-known member of the Royal College of Obstretricians & gynaecologists, UK. Some of the treatments she offers, are vaginoplasty, High-risk pregnancy, C-Section, Normal delivery & Hysteroscopy.
It was a very interactive session & 50+ participants joined in. She spoke about the right age of pregnancy, healthy food intakes and which are rich in nutrients & essential for the female body.
