JITO Kolkata Ladies Wing under JITO Professional Forum had organised an interactive session on "Personal Branding" on Tuesday, 31st August 2021 from 6PM onwards, via Zoom.
The welcome speech was given by JLW Chairperson Sarita Saraogi and then the speaker of the day, Shashi Jain was invited to speak.
Shashi ji is a Certified Soft skills Trainer & Image consultant. She is also an Etiquette and Life Coach. She briefed us on personal branding, what it is and its uses and types. Thereafter she spoke about the role and importance of Image Management in personal branding and the myths around it. She insightfully described how we can create a brand called "YOU" and how to make the first impression the last impression. Image plays a crucial role in interviews and client interactions and it influences the relationships both at a personal and a professional level. This eye opening factor, was duely stressed upon.
It was a very informative session of around 60+ participants. Later, a round of questions & answers was conducted for the participants. The session was graced by JITO East Zone Convenor Jyoti Jain, Vice-president Dr Sunita Sethia and Chief Secretary Sonam Bagrecha. Lastly, Sonam Bagrecha gave her Vote of Thanks to all the dignatories, the speaker and to the audience.

Interchapter B2B Meet - With Jito Kolkata & Gowalia Tank Ladies Wing
On the 17th of August 2021, under project "Swayam", B2B interchapter meet was held, via Zoom. Jito Ladies Wing Kolkata & Gowalia Tank Ladies Wing, came together for this programme. The online session, organised from 3pm to 4:30 pm, heralded the fruitful meet.
44 Highly enthusiastic women entrepreneurs participated in this event. Suman Bachhawat, director in-charge was the key speaker. Jito Ladies Wing Vice Chairperson, Mrs Sushma K Jain also graced the occassion.
The referral rounds comprised of self introduction & close business focus. All the participants got to know each other & then discussed about the various business opportunities & possibilities.
The session concluded on a positive note, with a few onspot business conversions. All participants enjoyed the session & lots of positive feedback was received.

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome - With Dr Shashi Jindal
On the 13th of August, a very important and igneous topic relevant for the Ladies, "Polycystic ovarian syndrome/disease" was discussed. Under the Project "Manzile" Jito Ladies Wing & Jito Professional Forum came together, to conduct this programme.
It was an unique programme, which happended with the guidance of Manzile convener, Vidya Jain.
It was named “Meet the Expert And Solve the Riddle with Dr. Shashi Jindal". Dr. Jindal is a renowned medical practitioner in Kolkata with an experience of 32 years. She is associated with distinguished & eminent hospitals like Woodlands , Bhagirathi Neotia , Apollo etc.
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome [PCOS] is a hormonal disorder, common among women of reproductive age. Dr Jindal has a wide experience & the topic was explained nicely in a lucid manner, using PPT for better understanding. All the queries raised by the viewers were promptly and satisfactorily answered. It was a captivating and educative Zoom session.
The meeting began sharp at 3 p.m. with Navakar mantra. Many dignitaries from our Kolkata chapter including Secretary Mrs. Sonamji Bagrecha, Manzile Convenor Mrs. Shashiji Duggar, Mrs.Chaman ji Surana, Treasurer Mrs.Vidya ji Jain were present. More than 60 participants took part in the programme.
The audience was highly benefited and were thankful to JITO for organising session on such a relevant topic.
